Built steps from the Atlantic in Carolina Beach, this 4-story custom home was designed with both luxury and rental performance in mind. The clients came to us with plans nearly finalized and we stepped in to refine the roofline, optimize the layout, and make sure every detail landed before breaking ground. The result: a carport, elevator, four decks with top deck ocean and canal views, full kitchen, kitchenette, and a walk-in shower the clients had been dreaming about. Elevated, clean, and on budget, we finished six weeks ahead of schedule.
